Sanipump | Grinder or Vortex | Saniflo

The Sanipump GR / VX is a robust submersible wastewater pump designed for transferring sewage and greywater in residential, commercial and site installations where gravity drainage is not possible.

Suitable for use in pump chambers, lifting stations or wastewater tanks, the pump automatically activates when the liquid level rises to the preset point, transferring waste to a sewer connection, septic tank or holding tank.

Two pump configurations are available depending on the application:

VX Vortex Pump
The vortex version is designed to pass solids through the pump without grinding. Its open vortex impeller allows wastewater containing solids and debris to move freely through the pump, helping reduce the risk of blockages in typical sewage and greywater applications. Discharge connection diameter on the pump is 2".

GR Grinder Pump
The grinder version incorporates a cutting mechanism that macerates solids before discharge. This allows waste to be pumped through smaller diameter discharge pipework or over longer distances and higher heads, making it suitable for installations where pipe runs are restricted or more demanding pumping conditions are expected. Discharge connection diameter on the pump is 1¼".

Both variants are manufactured with durable materials and a sealed motor housing, providing reliable operation in wastewater pumping environments.
