The Biolan Emptying Door Latch Set is a replacement fastening kit designed for securing the lower hatch on compatible Biolan composters. These rubber latches hold the emptying door firmly closed, helping the unit retain heat and ensuring the composting process continues efficiently.

Over time, the original latches can become worn or lose tension. Replacing them restores a proper seal on the hatch, preventing drafts, heat loss and accidental opening during use.
