The Sanicubic 1 is a compact floor-standing lifting station suitable for domestic or light commercial use, including garden rooms, basements, annexes and small business premises.
It features a 32 litre capacity tank and a powerful macerator pump, designed to handle waste from toilets, sinks, showers, washing machines and dishwashers. When the tank reaches a set level, the pump activates automatically to macerate and discharge waste to a suitable outlet – such as a mains drain, septic tank or holding tank.
The unit includes integrated non-return valves and has four 50mm inlet connections. Discharge pipework should also be 50mm OD, continuing from the outlet to the final drainage point.
An external wired audio-visual alarm is supplied as standard to provide early warning of any fault or high-level event.
