Black hose with a green stripe made in thermoplastic rubber TPV. Includes a steel spiral reinforcement. Light and flexible, it is extremely resistant to high temperatures, chemicals and abrasion. It can be made conductive by grounding the steel spiral.
It is typically used for the suction of hot air, fumes, vapours and gases. On portable toilet servicing and tanker vehicles it typically connects between the exhaust / outlet port of the vacuum pump and a suitable oil catching vessel: i.e. it delivers the hot air/oil mixture exhausted from a vacuum pump (see photo gallery on this page) into an oil catcher.
It is also suitable for suction of hot air and fumes in chemical plants, shipyard, automotive industry, heating air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C in a 20°C ambient. Owing to weight and volumetric size, larger lengths may ship by pallet service direct from our manufacturing partner.
