This tank is manufactured using a UV-stabilised and WRAS-approved* medium density polyethylene (MDPE) plastic material. It's also fitted with a 8" removable lid.
A 1½" threaded outlet is supplied as standard (not fitted) so that you can decide if/where to use it, once the tank is in position. Other diameter fittings are available.
This tank is suitable for potable water and can also used for rainwater harvesting, storing non-potable water. Typical applications include bulk water storage, back-up emergency drinking water. For use within the catering sector as well as temporary water supply for events and festivals. Baffled tanks are also suitable for vehicle-mounting - i.e. for the transportation of liquids e.g. for watering / spraying purposes.
