This local, high-level alarm monitor utilizes ultrasonic waves to accurately measure liquid levels in plastic and metal tanks ranging from 0.5m to 3m in height. This wireless system provides real-time monitoring, alerting users with visual and audible alarms when tank levels reach 80-85% capacity, thereby preventing overflows and associated environmental hazards.
The transmitter, mounted on top of the tank, communicates wirelessly with a 3-pin plug receiver that can be positioned up to 200 metres away under optimal conditions. Both units feature LCD displays for easy level assessment. The system is easy to install and can be retrofitted to existing tanks, eliminating the need for manual inspections and reducing maintenance efforts.
Its robust design ensures reliable operation across various industrial applications, enhancing safety and operational efficiency. This alarm works on high level alerts - i.e. when a tank is filling with liquid and you want to be alerted before it overflows.
